County Developing a Plan to Limit Greenhouse Gas Emissions
In 2019, Northumberland County committed to reducing GHG emissions by 30% by the year 2030 and 80% by the year 2050, compared to 2005 levels. In an announcement on September 9 2024, they released a plan (together with a presentation) and asked residents to participate in an on-line survey which asks for feedback on the plan.
